The Destin Marlins picked up another great win against the Shoal River Mustangs 🐎 at home. 🔥 🔥 🔥

Eli Verdin earned the win for the Marlins on the hill. 💪 Verdin worked 5 2/3 innings, only surrendering one run and four hits. He struck out five Mustang batters and only allowed one walk.

Henry Frankfurt and Joseph Cope led the Marlins at the plate, each collecting two hits. Cope added a double and Verdin added a triple. 🔥 Frankfurt, Eli Verdin and Case Culhane each drove in two RBI on the day. 💪

Colton Romeo and Culhane each hit a HR. 💥

Cam Deslauriers and Beau Neidart also added a hit for the Marlins. 👏

Romeo and Jax O’Dell each added a stolen base 💨 for Destin.

🔥 Destin gets a BIG win against the current two seed Meigs Wildcats by a score of 7-2. 🔥

Case Culhane got the W on the mound for the Marlins. 🔥 The righty pitched four solid innings of one hit ball and recorded 5 strikeouts on the hill. 💪 Colton Romeo worked relief efforts pitching one inning, giving up just one hit and striking out 3 Wildcat batters.

Romeo led the Marlins offensively driving in four runs on a Grand Slam 💥 homer in the 5th inning.

Cam Deslauriers and Eli Verdin led the Marlins with two RBI extra base hits. 🔥 Deslauriers added a triple and a double, and Verdin added two doubles. Joseph Cope also added a base hit. Henry Frankfurt also collected a RBI. 💪

Cope, Jax O’Dell and William Thillet added stolen bases 💨 for the Marlins.

The Marlins rolled out another conference win with a road victory against the Liza Jackson Lions 🦁 by a score of 14-1.

Greyson Sparks earned the win on the mound for Destin. The seventh grader only allowed one run through two innings of work and recorded 2 strikeouts and gave up no walks. The righty threw 18 of 23 pitches for strikes. 💪

Cam Deslauriers worked two impressive innings of relief giving up zero hits and striking out 6 Lion batters. 💪

Joseph Cope, Beau Neidart and Jax O’Dell led the Marlins at the plate. Cope added two hits, including a double and a triple, and drove in two RBI. Neidart added two hits and drove in a RBI. O’Dell added an inside the park 2 run Homerun. 🔥

Kane Terry and Henry Frankfurt each collected a double at the plate. 💪

Greyson Sparks, Deslauriers, Brenner Stewart, Brooks Capik, Henry Frankfurt, William Thillet, Grayton Robbins, Eli Verdin, Kane Terry and Nolan Uptigrove also collected a hit for Destin. Verdin, Mattox Cawthon, Grayson Stricklin, Stewart, Deslauriers and Sparks all collected an RBI on the day. 💪

Neidart (2), Deslauriers (2), and Cope all recorded stolen bases 💨 for the Marlins.

⚾️ The Marlin boys picked up a solid win in Walton County against the Walton Warriors by a score of 11-3. 🔥

Jax O’Dell earned the win on the hill for Destin. The lefty only gave up two hits in 2 2/3 innings of work. The southpaw recorded 5 strikeouts. Eli Verdin threw the final 2 1/3 innings on the hill for Destin and allowed no runs. The righty only allowed one hit and struck out three batters in relief.

The Marlins recorded 10 hits in the game.

Jax O’Dell (2)Case Culhane (2), Cam Deslauriers (2), and Eli Verdin (3) each recorded multiple hits. O’Dell, Culhane and Deslauriers each hit a double for Destin. Verdin was 3-3 with three base hits. Beau Neidart added a RBI single. Kane Terry had two RBIs. Cam Deslauriers led the way for the Marlins at the plate with 5 RBIs. 💪

Case Culhane also had a stolen base. 💨

The Destin Marlins kept the momentum rolling in their second week of conference play with a statement win over the Ruckel Rams 🐏 by a score of 8-0. 🔥 🔥 🔥

Colton Romeo pitched another fantastic outing, recording the win on the hill, and allowed only one hit and striking out 7 Ruckel batters. Jax O’Dell worked relief efforts and struck out a batter to seal the win late in the game. 👏

Romeo, Joseph Cope and Jax O’Dell each drove in runs for the Marlins. Romeo collected 5 RBI’s, Cope 2 RBI’s, and O’Dell drove in one run at the plate. 💪

Romeo hit two home runs for the Marlins followed by Cope and O’Dell each adding a home run for the day.

Beau Neidart (1), Eli Verdin (1) and Grayson Stricklin (2) each collected hits for Destin.
