☀️ Fresh air, sunshine, movement…sounds like the perfect post-Memorial Day reset. 🧘‍♀️✨

Join us Saturday, May 30th at 10AM as we head back to Beacon Tap for our signature pre-brunch Vinyasa flow.

The patio party room will be completely opened up, letting the sunshine and fresh air flow through while we move, stretch, and reset together. After a weekend full of travel, parties, and barbecues, this is your chance to recharge your mind and body before the new week begins. ☀️🌿

Today’s intention was simple, yet so important:
take care of yourself first, so you can better care for others.
Watching you all show up—for yourselves and your littles—with such presence, patience, and love was truly special. From our individual moments on the mat to our partner flow, the energy in the room was something you could feel.
We hope you left feeling a little more grounded, connected, and recharged ✨
