Another Wild Women’s Retreat in the books🧚‍♂️ There’s very few things that fill me up the way an entire weekend in the woods w/ sisters does.

It was such an honor to lead these beautiful women in circle on Saturday & then spend the rest of the time simply receiving.

My gosh, we are all such medicine for each other!

First Sister Circle is officially in the books💗 The sisterhood, connection, & medicine that was shared this past Sunday completely filled me up.

Most of the women were nervous in the beginning (I could physically feel itttt). There was so much hesitation & wanting to hide. For most of the women who attended, it was a huge edge just showing up to an event like this, but little by little, everyone’s walls came down.

One sister even came up to me & shared that this was the first time she had ever gone somewhere without her girlfriends.

While she was pretty uncomfortable in the beginning, towards the end, she was completely comfortable & had met even more incredible sisters.

And it was so f*cking beautiful to witness.

We connected & kept things playful.
We sat in circle & let ourselves be seen.
And we revealed our messy parts & allowed ourselves to be loved in it.

Because that’s what sisterhood is.

Genuine connection.
Love from other women.
Everything besides surface level conversation.

And I feel so deeply grateful that the women this weekend got to experience that.

THIS is exactly why I’m so excited to share that The Sister Circle will now be happening on a monthly basis!
