Who’s ready to start a challenge?
I know I am. I’ve been very down on myself and I know I need to get back into the fitness world. I felt a lot better, a lot happier and had a lot of motivation. if anyone is feeling the same or has been feeling the same, maybe this is your time to start a new goal. whether it be a challenge to work out or to drink more water or eat better, This is for you as I will be doing it too!
I’ve done a two 10 day challenges. which will make it to 20 days.
#1 10 Day Movement Challenge.
The beauty of this challenge is that there are no must due activities, and as little as 5 to 10 minutes per day is the minimum time required. 
•Dancing
•Walking
•Jogging
•Hiking
•Yoga
•Bike ride
•Skating
Simply put any activity towards the challenge each day do a different activity.
If you would like you may share as I will be sharing as well.
#2 10 Day Tone Challenge.
This challenge focuses on core strength, lower body and improving your flexibility.
•Start with a 20 second plank, increase the time each day.
•Do 20 squats. add five more squats each day.
• Do a daily stretching routine, can be done before or after your workouts. gradually increased the duration and intensity of the stretch stretches.

I will do another post regarding challenges on eating better, drinking better and taking more water.  I hope to see everyone joining in on my challenges with me. I will be starting the challenges on 12/26/24 yes after Christmas.
