I’m amazed at the “Hate” toward Ryan Garcia, not only in this contest but in all his recent actions. Only boxers who have competed in this game will understand what a fighter goes through as a professional boxer.
As a professional boxer, you see the “real” boxing administration. You can try to change the corruption, control, and dictation within the game, but you can't win. State commissions must be abolished, and Sanctioning organizations must be governed by law.
Managers and promoters need to be certified and vetted. Boxers need to be educated so these things are hiding under a title to stop taking their money.
There are many distractions a boxer goes through in dealing with this unorganized sport!
Garcia is a top-caliber boxer, and if he can focus on the fight tonight, he can prevail. I look for a good contest, and if it comes to a decision, I see Garcia victorious.
