taking this whole weekend off to reset my house and get ready for prep mode has been so much fun. So much peace in all my as I continue getting back to myself. Some thing I put on hiatus for 20 years while I put my ex spouse ahead of me. And just a few weeks out from my 41st birthday, I am more myself today than I have ever been and it feels good. On my birthday, I will celebrate the one-year anniversary for my nonprofit and continue to look forward in my future for my personal and professional endeavors. Fitness has become such a crucial part of my balance, not because of the fit body that I am achieving, but because of the mind and perseverance that it takes to achieve it. Compounding daily, a Micro Movement, in each moment, allowing a macro adjustment for my entire life has been a journey that I love to share.

Its carved from steps of pain and growth in mind, body and spirit.

I have found my soul and its body is the most beautiful gift of what a soulmate means to me. It is me in soul loving me body in depths by knowing me and loving myself like no other.

Know one could ever know the depth of my heart other than me, but the right one will catch a glimpse and that will start another journey unfolding!

Until then, cheers on this path, one I get to choose EVERY DAY!

No one made me do it, its my desire and I pursue it every day on some shape, form or way!
