Stop beating yourself up for not being perfect, for having stretch marks, for gaining or loosing weight, for existing.⠀

You are perfect just as you are. But wanting to change, to have time to yourself to workout or eat differently than the other people in your household, is NOT selfish. ⠀

Look up diseases caused by stress, malnourishment, over eating, being over tired, or lack of movement/exercise....⠀

Now think about how many times a day you tell yourself- “it’s okay I’ll have time to eat lunch, I’ll Skip breakfast.”
“I’ll have time on my day off to⠀
Workout.”
“Tomorrow will be easier.”⠀

How many times a week do you tell yourself that you aren’t good enough, if you only looked a certain way how much easier life would be. ⠀

How many months do you spend wishing you had started months ago, how one season or type of weather just isn’t the time to start. ⠀

How many years have passed you by? Wishing you were someone else, thinking that they have it all instead of getting up and trying it for yourself. ⠀
