Stop beating yourself up for not being perfect, for having stretch marks, for gaining or loosing weight, for existing.⠀

You are perfect just as you are. But wanting to change, to have time to yourself to workout or eat differently than the other people in your household, is NOT selfish. ⠀
⠀
Look up diseases caused by stress, malnourishment, over eating, being over tired, or lack of movement/exercise....⠀
⠀
Now think about how many times a day you tell yourself- “it’s okay I’ll have time to eat lunch, I’ll Skip breakfast.”
“I’ll have time on my day off to⠀
Workout.”
“Tomorrow will be easier.”⠀
⠀
How many times a week do you tell yourself that you aren’t good enough, if you only looked a certain way how much easier life would be. ⠀
⠀
How many months do you spend wishing you had started months ago, how one season or type of weather just isn’t the time to start. ⠀
⠀
How many years have passed you by? Wishing you were someone else, thinking that they have it all instead of getting up and trying it for yourself. ⠀
⠀
If you are sick and tired, of being sick and tired. I FEEL YOU. I hear you and I see you. There is a real solution, but it takes time, effort, & patience 💋⠀

Going to the courthouse and wearing a mask was not what we had Intended for our wedding day,⠀

But I’m not really into having a house celebration either 🤷🏻‍♀️⠀
⠀
Maybe I’m stubborn, or have high standards (although truthfully it’s both) 😅 but we’ve decided waiting to share a last name and buy a house doesn’t need to wait.⠀
⠀
We will elope to the beautiful mountains here in our home state and enjoy a few kid free days relaxing in the most beautiful natural hot springs here. 🏔⠀
⠀
Although planning something alternative to the beautiful wedding we were going to have still hurts, I’m so thankful for the friends and family surrounding us with love 🥺❤️ and all the support from complete strangers here 🖤⠀

This has been a hard year for a lot of people. I don’t share this stuff for people to feel sorry, but to show you that I am a human just like you, going through life. I have so many other things that I don’t share on my social media and rarely talk about to people outside of my family circle. ⠀
⠀
The fact that so much of our lives and what we can do is determined by COVID sucks. But we can only have control over our own choices. Life often gives us lots of options- it’s rare that we like the choices. We just have to choose to be thankful and move past it. I think it’s fair to say most of us have experienced death, loss, and what feels like 1 step forward 10 steps back, but continue to be kind to others and share what you can in times of abundance 🤍

I only invited Cecil to workout with me a couple of times with same response “it’s okay babe, that’s your thing.” ⠀
⠀
I never pressed him. Or tried to convince him. We’ve never really pressured each other into changing- only loving and accepting one another as we are. ⠀
⠀
But I kept showing up and getting results. And trying to be the best version of me... and one day he said “I want to match your level and be the best I can be”😭🤍 ⠀
⠀
When you find something that you genuinely do for yourself- you don’t need to pressure someone else into it. Just keep shining ☀️ and those around you will benefit from that warmth. ⠀

I’m so thankful for EVERYTHING coaching has done for me- everyone talks about get rich schemes, but THIS changes your life in the best ways 💋

Seriously though. I’ve been small chested my whole life. Except for that one time when I had my first baby and pumped exclusively 😅⠀
⠀
So its nice that someone understands side b**b and how to make clothes for ALL sizes.⠀
⠀
I’ve seen so many people get upset with companies that aren’t inclusive- and I get it, it’s long overdue. But we have to be kind and patient and understand most companies do their best and have very little control over outside sources. ⠀
⠀
We’ve all been trying to fit ourselves into one box or “one size fits all” when in reality no one is the exact same. ⠀
⠀
So than WHY do we try to make ourselves smaller or bigger? Feel the need to fit in, to shrink ourselves to sizes not meant for us, or try to expand and over extend ourselves... ⠀
⠀
Your life doesn’t have to be centered around a “one size fits all diet” our routine, or type of exercise. It just has to work for YOU ✨⠀

I didn’t want to just “look better” I wanted to feel better, and I wanted something specifically catered to me and my life...⠀

I’m just going to share a few of my wants and hopes...⠀
⠀
I want to have more hairless cats, and work when I want—/doing what I love, whether it’s coaching, teaching cosmetology, or being a yoga teacher. ⠀
⠀
I want a house that we can design. One level, 5 bedrooms and two baths. Not a huge house, just big enough- with lots of smart storage 🤤 (you know you are getting old when organizing excited you 🤣) and a yard with a tree house ⠀
⠀
I want a newer Toyota 4 runner (having a an awesome snow vehicle is non- negotiable for me here in Colorado). I just want the ability to provide safety and comfort in our daily home lives. ⠀
⠀
Those are just the material things I can buy with success and money but I also want to be able to be okay with out them. I want to know how to live joyfully and freely without material things. How to work hard and focus on the people and things close to me 🤍⠀
⠀
I dream of moving through this life freely, with just enough love and attachment to what’s important.⠀
⠀

More bickering and fist fights than I can count 🙄⠀

More often than not, my house is loud and overwhelming, like an unorganized version of WWE 🎤 ⠀
⠀
But for all the unannounced tackles are an equal amount of “I love you’s” and hugs. ⠀
⠀
Quick to play rough with each other but even quicker to stick up for one another. ⠀
⠀
I never thought someone would call me mom, nor did I think I would ever be a boy mom😂⠀
⠀
But here we are- and I’m so glad this life is mine.

I love that my kids under that some food just tastes really good but doesn’t fuel you or provide nutrition. ⠀
⠀
That they see us working out and and the benefits and it’s NORMAL 🙏⠀
⠀
And it makes me even happier that every once in awhile they accept my invite and join me that Morning 🥺🖤⠀
⠀
