Itās been a little quieter over here this week, but not because nothing has been happening.
Iāve been settling back into routine after vacation, stepping into a new part of my yoga therapy training where Iām seeing clients in clinic, preparing to expand my group fitness offerings in August, and putting myself out there a little more by sharing my upcycled crafts.
There have been moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and plenty of reminders that growth often asks us to begin again.
One of the teachings that keeps coming to mind is abhyÄsa. Itās often translated simply as āpractice,ā but itās more than repeating an action. Itās the commitment to continually return - to what grounds us, to what matters, and to the direction we want to move, even when the mind is distracted or life feels full.
This week, that has meant returning to my routines, returning to my purpose, and returning to the practices that help me stay present through each new opportunity.
Iām grateful to be in a season that asks me to keep learning, creating, and sharing. Thanks for being here along the way. š
Iād love to knowāwhat have you been returning to lately?
