🏆🔥 SPORTS TALK 225 CARES PRESENTS: THE 1ST ANNUAL BATTLE FOR THE PADDLE 225 🔥🏆
In South Louisiana, food brings people together. Sports bring communities together. Now we’re combining BOTH for a cause bigger than ourselves.
Sports Talk 225 Cares, along with Stu Puffer, the entire Sports Talk 225 team, and Scott & Sissy Perriloux, are proud to announce the Battle for the Paddle 225 – Fuel the Field Cookoff, a Louisiana-style cooking competition designed to help fight student athlete and student hunger across the 225.
Too many young athletes are giving everything they have on the field, court, diamond, track, in the weight room, and under those Friday night lights while facing food insecurity at home. Together, we can make a difference.

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…” — Matthew 25:35
And remember:
“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” — Philippians 2:4
