We were back at Millbridge Speedway Monday night for DNQ Karting Series and I can’t lie I’m frustrated with myself. The buggie race was good. Can’t be mad about that. The Pro Cup race I feel like I let people down and I let myself down. I have run the whole year on the same motor and had no issues but I made the choice to swap motors to the backup motor. It just didn’t have what I needed in it. I knew it after qualifying and had the time to make the switch and didn’t. I feel like I threw one away. So all we can do is keep working and get better.

A really cool thing that came out of Monday was some video footage that was shot by Bumper.Tight.Media. Please follow, like, and keep up with his stuff! Check the video out.

DNQ ROAD COURSE NIGHT — LIVE TONIGHT!

Tonight, DNQ takes on a dirt road course unlike anything you’ve ever seen before Controlled Chaos Coffee Night!

If you’re Millbridge Speedway, be sure to stop by the Controlled Chaos Coffee trailer in the garage area and check them out throughout the evening.

Then it’s time for 20-lap features, local cautions, tight corners, and very little room for error. On this course, one mistake can completely change your night.

And when it’s all over, one driver will leave with one of DNQ’s most unique prizes — the Golden Ashly.

DNQ Karting Series race night #2 photos!

We had a really strong night of racing at Millbridge Speedway for for the Darlington layout. It was a night that was all about surviving in both classes when it was said and done. Both races were caution filled but luckily for both 18K karts, they were not involved any of the chaos.

We had a strong points night for both classes and will be ready for the next race in 2 weeks. The short track layout is next!

DNQ Karting Series season opener Millbridge Speedway and it did not disappoint! Running 2 classes for sure made things a little more stressful but track time was well worth it. The track was a for sure tricky to start.

The kart count across the board was awesome to see for the series which is great but also means that we have to be better than ever. Qualifying for the Professor Clutch Werx Pro Cup series class wasn't as strong as we wanted but a P10 would lock the 18K into the show. The USAK buggie qualified P7 and also locked into the A-main which means we did not have to face a B-main for either class which was a weight lifted.

The A-main for the Pro Cup kart was anything but calm. It was an all out war from the drop of the green and around lap 5-7 the 18K did a full 360 on the front stretch, with some help, and almost ended up on the roof. Luckily it did not and ended up pointing back in the correct direction. That would drop us back to the 12 position at one point but with some very well timed cautions we were able to work out way back up to the top front of the field for the 5 to go caution. At the drop of the green back to work we went and when the checkered flag dropped on Pro Cup we had managed to work our way back to a 3rd place finish from at one point 12th! A great salvage. We did get a massive push from teammates in the same race which we are very thankful for.

The A-main in the USAK buggie was a little calmer outside of a close incident right in front of the 18K were two karts got together and a aggressive move was made to miss. We are still learning with the buggie but we are getting better with it and with a few minor adjustments that karts time is coming. After starting 7th we came home 4th. A really strong showing.

So after a really busy night we came home with a pair of strong finishing for both 18K machines and are looking forward to the next event. It was a really strong showing for everyone at Mr.E Performance as well as we were 8-9 karts strong.

Some photos of our pre-season test for the DNQ Karting Series at Millbridge Speedway Thursday night.

Mr.E Performance had a fleet out testing and it was great for us. A lot of good data was taken in, rust was shaken off, and karts were shook down for opening night on Monday. We will make a few adjustments, add some good looking vinyl from LJ Dezigns Apparel & Wraps and open up the 2026 season!
