This monthly wellness market brings local small businesses together to support one another and the larger community. Everyone taking part in the market is a local business in our community. Being mobile is a crucial aspect for longevity. Especially if you play golf ⛳️ If you are not able to move your joints freely through its full range of motion, then you may be placing them at an increased risk for injury and not having the ability to maximize your body full potential

Start adding some active mobility stretches before you exercise or play golf.

Here is a half kneeling side lunge with lateral reach :
perform 5 reps per side.

When you are at the golf course ⛳️ what do you do to warm up your body ?

Do you feel stiff ? Lack range of motion ? Need to do something to warm up your body. Adding some dynamic warm up exercises can be that added bonus to keep your body in top performance during your round of golf and even make you feel energized enough to play another a round of golf 😉

Your warm up is an essential component to get ready for golf or your workout. When you prepare properly you are activating your nervous system to recruit the right muscle fibers so you can perform golf and your workout at your best

Here is my favorite go to exercise to open up my upper body and lower body at the same time.

Forward Lunge with Single Arm Rotation:
perform 5-10 reps per side make sure to perform it with control
