Deland Suns 7U

Another weekend, another piece of hardware for our Deland Suns 7U boys! 🥈

We finished 2nd this weekend based on run differential, but these boys made sure to end the tournament with a statement! Down 6-2 in their final game, they battled back to take down the undefeated team! 💪🏼

These boys continue to grow, compete, and prove that they belong on the field with anyone. So proud of the heart, determination, and fight they bring every weekend!🧡⚾️🖤

What the moms see vs. what the team sees 🧡⚾️🖤

We live for double plays! Another great one between Ethan and our 1st Baseman Liam! Liam has held it down at 1st in every tournament! 💪🏼⚾️

Leinidas always comes ready with a big bat! The perfect double to extend our lead!

MVP MONDAY ⚾️🔥

Our shortstop,Sage Stone, was an absolute DAWG this weekend! TWO diving catches for outs, making plays all over the field, and bringing that big bat every time he steps up to the plate.

This kid can flat out BALL!

This is what it’s all about! It’s so much more than baseball. We’re raising the future and these kids are always watching. Teaching them to show up for others, lend a hand, and lead by example will always be bigger than anything they do on the field. 🧡⚾️🖤

3rd place finish for these boys this weekend! 🥉

First season together, playing up in every tournament, and they continue to show us what they’re made of. They battle, they don’t give up, and they play for each other with great attitudes. As coaches, we couldn’t be more proud of this team and the way they compete every game. Keep grinding, boys! 🧡⚾️🖤💪🏼
