We spend so much of our lives holding it together. Having to look a certain way, act a certain way, perform a certain way. When does the body get to just express?

In Kundalini, we do the opposite. It's a type of yoga that gives the body a place to release through breath, sound, and movement. Because yoga is more than just the poses. It’s somatic, it's energetic.
