Welcome to the Luther Women’s Wrestling family, Shaona Emmanuel , from Iowa City High!!! She is a 2x IGHSAU 3rd place finisher, and has amassed 70 wins in two seasons. We’re pumped for her to be an asset in the classroom, on the mat, and in the community!

Year one in the books! I couldn’t be more proud of these 6 girls! They bought into and trusted the process. They picked each other up on the hard days, and held each other accountable when they needed to. They showed up every single day, and battled through it all! They truly became a family and I’m so excited to continue building around these 6 cornerstones!
