Screenshot from our upcoming video. 🤣 Ok, not really but Friday's video does include Dawn & I paddling over Lanier Falls on the Cape Fear River in North Carolina. While this certainly isn't Lanier Falls, it is a very cool AI rendering sent to me by my buddy Brian Weatherly- thanks Brian!! 😎

Oct 2nd- Driving to North Carolina early that morning, I noticed what looked like "glowing clouds." After seeing pics of the SpaceX launch from North Alabama this week, I went back and confirmed there was a launch from Florida the morning of this photo. This rocket exhaust was high enough to be catching full sunlight even though twilight had just started for the area we were in (Scottsboro). Rockets are almost as cool as canoes. 🚀😎

In the River Kings community, we have an expression, "Not The Best Line," for when you choose poorly OR when you see the line, but your ex*****on is less than ideal. I've lived it...over and over. 😅 And my dear friend, Gary Velazquez , has immortalized my experiences and gifted me with this fantastic image in a frame that he skillfully made himself (additional screenshots included for reference...lol). Thank you so much, Gary!! Love you brother!! 😊

Check out my buddy Alan Dail's preview of our River Kings Members Trip on the Cape Fear River in North Carolina last weekend. Pete's premiere should be this Sunday night at 8 Central. Hopefully my video will be next Friday (10/16) and Alan's (B&A Adventures) full version will be out soon as well. Awesome trip with plenty of laughs and excitement!! 😁
