Coach Vallery Mitchell Volleyball Camps are officially open for registration!

Join her this summer for high-energy volleyball training designed to help athletes grow in skill, confidence, and game readiness. Camps are open to boys and girls, with sessions available for 5th–8th grade and 9th–12th grade athletes.

🏐🪜 Inside–Out Ladder Passing Drill
We train details because details win rallies. Inside ➜ out on each rung, stay low, and drive your platform to target. We don’t chase passes we arrive early and control the ball. 🔒

3 Gainz of Grit pointers:

Feet before platform: shuffle fast, no lazy crosses, then lock your angle.
Beat the ball: get behind it, stay loaded, finish through your target, no float.
Talk like a setter’s listening: early “mine,” tempo call, name the target every touch.
Progression: 2 clean reps per rung → both sides → speed round with quality. Grit over cute. 💥
