🏁 Race Day Recap - (Sorry guys a little late to this post)
Carson wrapped up an eventful and milestone-filled weekend competing in both the Allison Legacy and Pro Truck divisions. It was a day that tested patience, pace, and perseverance—and delivered some big achievements.
In the Allison Legacy, Carson entered the weekend with the Regional Championship within reach and officially secured the title. Despite finishing 5th in the race, the bigger accomplishment was locking in the championship after a season of consistent performance and hard work.
The race itself was anything but simple. Carson ran in 2nd place for over half the event, maintaining strong speed and positioning. However, after a ruling, he was sent to the back of the field, forcing him to climb his way forward again. While not the finish he wanted for the race, earning the Sampson Performance Restoration Series Championship and the HMP Oval Track Lone Star Allison Legacey Series Championship made the battle worthwhile.
Switching over to the Pro Truck, Carson continued to show his pace and focus. Starting 2nd, he held a competitive line all race long and brought home a solid 3rd-place finish, adding another podium to the season and capping off the Pro Truck Series with a 2nd place in the championship with momentum heading into the next chapter.
Carson extends his appreciation to the people who keep every race weekend possible:
🙏 First and foremost, Jesus, for guidance, safety, and strength every time he gets behind the wheel.
🔧 Mechanic: Denny Burton, for keeping the equipment dialed in all season.
👨👦 Pops, for the constant support on and off the track.
🏁 Pit Crew: Leland, for stepping up and delivering under pressure.
📸❤️ Photographer & Girlfriend: Shelby, for capturing every moment and supporting every mile.
🙌 All the Fans, whose encouragement and dedication push him forward each race.
A challenging day, a championship secured, and plenty to build on. Carson is proud of the progress this season and ready for what comes next.🏆🔥
