If you want to be great at something here is a hard truth that you are going to have to accept and learn to love...
When it comes to training and preparing yourself for fighting you have to learn to despise the comfort of doing what is comfortable for you to do
Growth does not come from comfort.
It actually diminishes in comfort
There has to be a balance between not being injured or not overdoing it but training in a way that you are moderately uncomfortable with the level of work that you are doing and pushing yourself through it.
When you are training it is not just your body you are building mental strength. Mental fortitude that will get you through the hard rounds and the tough fights.
Push yourself and you'll get the rewards ๐ช๐๐ฅ๐ฏ
