If you want to be great at something here is a hard truth that you are going to have to accept and learn to love...

When it comes to training and preparing yourself for fighting you have to learn to despise the comfort of doing what is comfortable for you to do

Growth does not come from comfort.
It actually diminishes in comfort

There has to be a balance between not being injured or not overdoing it but training in a way that you are moderately uncomfortable with the level of work that you are doing and pushing yourself through it.

When you are training it is not just your body you are building mental strength. Mental fortitude that will get you through the hard rounds and the tough fights.

Push yourself and you'll get the rewards 💪😎🥊💯

FORGE YOUR WEAPON
To be a knockout puncher, you must trust something.
Pick one punch. Make it yours.
Study it. Break it down. Perfect it.
Foot pressure. Hip rotation. Balance. Breathing. Recovery.
If it is lazy in the gym, it will fail in the fight.
Obsession creates sharpness. Sharpness creates confidence. Confidence creates knockouts.
Once your weapon is forged, apply that same obsession to every punch.
No lazy jabs. No casual hooks. No empty combinations.
Punch like a sculptor chiseling marble.
Precision. Intent. Structure. Belief.
Knockouts are not luck. They are craftsmanship.
Forge your weapon. Sculpt your arsenal. Trust your work.

DON'T HATE ON YOUR COACH!!

- Don't hate your Coach for demanding you to perform better. He thinks you can do it better and better.

- Don't hate Your Coach for demanding more than you can. He believes in your abilities.

- Don't hate You Coach for claiming your inassists and your inappropriate attitudes in training. Your Coach wants you to be better and a responsible and committed person.

- Don't hate Your Coach for motivating you to fulfill your dreams and demanding you to train harder to fulfill them. Your Coach wants a future life full of Successes.

- Don't hate You Coach for requiring you to be on TIME in Training. He wants to teach you that lost TIME is not found.

- DON'T hate Your Trainer when he gets mad because You cheat physically or mentally at some point. He wants honesty, independence, compliance and accountability for your own actions.

- Don't hate You Coach for being strong sometimes in his dealing. I want to teach you that everything in life is not going to be EASY.

- Don't hate You Coach for giving you honest and constructive CRITICISM instead of telling you what's not to make you feel good. What he wants is for You to know that you must do better or excellent. Things are to be earned and deserved not begged for.

- Don't hate Your Coach for being Your Coach, all I want is YOU to be the best version and continue to grow in Your Training and Hair.
