SCAM ALERT: someone is calling people claiming to be with the Liberty County Sheriff's Department stating the person called has missed jury duty. The scammer asked for the individual by name and gave his home address. When asked who he is the scammer gave a Name and badge number and told the person to immediately report to 2400 Beaumont Ave in Liberty. While this person was on the phone with the scammer, I called the actual LCSD and she immediately confirmed it is a scam. The scammers are doing a simple internet search to get names, phone numbers and addresses of local people. As soon and the person called the guy out as a scammer, the scammer began saying obscene things about this person's family and threated to unalive them.
Protect yourself and your family: Do an internet search of your name and request that your information be removed from each website that shows your information.

As of last night both AC units are working and it is 72* in the gym. 😃

AC update: it is 77 inside the gym instead of 93. Hopefully I won’t be as cranky from heat exhaustion today 🫢

Update: one AC unit has been repaired and is running. It is going to take both units running to cool this place back to normal but at least we have one. 🙂
As I left today at 6pm the guys were climbing back on the roof. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 they will have the second unit repaired by morning because I can assure you that spending 8-12hours a day inside that hot building with stagnant, sweaty, humid air is not my idea of fun.

Update: as of right now the units are being worked on. Repairman hopes to have at least one unit up and running by end of day. This is not a guarantee.
Expected completion date for both units: Friday, Aug 7th.

Positive Note: Sauna style workouts anywhere else cost extra. Come and get it while its HOT! :)
