Girls only Night! June 16th.

Wrestling is more fun when you have friends you can look forward to training with and seeing from time to time.

Tomorrow we are back in the room 6-730 for a top and bottom practice where we will explore the benefits of learning a solid base. The literal foundation for getting off the bottom.

We have a great group of 8u 50-60lb kids and another group of 10-12u 70-80lb kids training. If your son or daughter fits in those groups we are always looking for more partners. Iron sharpens iron. Come check us out.
