The Drakes’ 2026 season came to an end yesterday with an 8-4 loss to the Morris Eagles, finishing 4th in the Region 3C Tournament.
While the season didn’t always go the way we hoped, we’re incredibly proud of how this group finished. The Drakes went 7-2 over our final nine games to finish the year 9-14, playing our best baseball when it mattered most.
A huge THANK YOU to our fans, players, managers, families, parents, volunteers, sponsors, Game Day Photos by Mandi Johnson for the pictures, Annie Marquardt for running Gamechanger, David Hansen for announcing all of our home games, Amanda Joy for taking pictures, and everyone who supported Drakes baseball throughout the season. We’re fortunate to have so many people who show up, lend a hand and give their time. We truly couldn’t do it without you!
Congratulations and good luck to the Morris Eagles and Dumont Saints as they head to the State Tournament and represent our league and Region 3C!
We’re proud of what this team accomplished down the stretch, excited about what lies ahead, and already looking forward to getting back on the field in 2027!
