Last night marked the end of a chapter I have been writing for the past 20 years.

I had the privilege of delivering a 20-minute presentation, and as I stood there, it truly hit me that this was my last school presentation ever. A strange, bittersweet feeling that is hard to put into words. There is something surreal about closing a door you have been walking through your entire life.

My experience with WISE South Florida and the incredible impact that women in senior leadership positions have in the sports industry. A conversation I am deeply passionate about and one I hope to keep contributing to well beyond the classroom.

Completing my Master’s in Sport Management is an achievement I am incredibly proud of.
I will forever carry with me all the lessons that the people, the mentors, and classmates, had to give me during all those years.
I couldn’t help but think of our dear Dr. R, and how proud he would have been of all of us.

Grateful for every moment of this journey. Excited for what comes next. 🎓

Excited to share that I’m starting a new role as an Athlete Recruiter at .co supporting international and local athletes as they pursue athletic and academic opportunities in the U.S. 🇺🇸

After gaining experience in talent identification, athlete development, and cross-cultural support with my past as a student athlete, I’m thrilled to continue helping athletes navigate recruitment, eligibility, and transition to student-athlete life here. Looking forward to partnering with coaches, families, and schools to create pathways that prioritize both performance and education. 📚🏆

Grateful for the mentors and teammates who’ve helped me grow—here’s to the next chapter.

A lot of talking has been done in Davie tonight and we are glad it did. I spent a wonderful night with at the Bencard Field. Learning about all those Women in Sports and how they raised to be the leaders and role models they are today. From the court to the leadership position they hold now while teaching us, other women, about the past, present and future of Women sports.
Thank to for inviting me, I met incredible people in the sports industry that inspired me with their stories.

The hardest goodbye of all .. tonight marked the end of my biggest era. 17 years of volleyball, memories, friendships, lessons and more. Hard not to be there for the last game with my girls, but watched it all. This huge book is closing but I’m excited to see the next one.
Thank you to everyone that was part of that journey, you made a difference whatsoever.
