I worked with a 12 year old from my team yesterday. When she was first clocked in the winter she was cruising in the mid 40’s. Now we’ve got her up to 54!

I cant take all the credit because this girl is a serious athlete, but I love seeing the results in the numbers.

That 25 was me throwing the ball back… I throw gas! 🤣
