⚾️ PLAYOFF RECAP ⚾️

The BRB Messier Bulldogs' playoff run came to an end today with a hard-fought 11-10 loss to Boston Prime 13U Navy.

The Bulldogs fell behind by 6 runs in the first inning.

The boys battled back and tied the game in the bottom of the 2nd inning.

Boston Prime regained the lead in the top of the 5th, but the Bulldogs continued to fight until the final out.

The team finished the game with an impressive 12 hits at the plate!

While the Perfect Game season has come to an end, the Bulldogs are gearing up for 3 upcoming tournaments in July!

A huge THANK YOU to all of the coaches, families, friends, and fans who supported these boys throughout the season.

⚾ PLAYOFF UPDATE ⚾

The BRB Messier Bulldogs finish Day 1 of the Perfect Game Elite New England Playoffs with a 1-1 record!

In Game 1, GBG Northeast took the win 14-3. Despite the result, the Bulldogs continued to battle throughout the game.

🔹 Jayce Cabral, Nathan Bedient, Chase Tilton, and Jamesley Sard each collected a hit for BRB.
🔹 Nathan Bedient and Chase Tilton each drove in a run for the Bulldogs.

After falling to GBG Northeast in Game 1, the Bulldogs bounced back with a 5-1 victory over NE Mariners Gold in Game 2.

🔥 Offensive Highlights:
• In the first inning, Lucas Diaz delivered a clutch single that drove in 2 runs.
• Alec Cuff added an RBI on a groundout to help give the Bulldogs an early lead.
• Lucas Diaz led the offense, going 2-for-3 at the plate.
• Lucas Diaz and Alec Cuff each finished with 2 RBIs.

🔥 On the Mound:
• Austin Rodrigues earned the win, allowing just 4 hits and 0 earned runs.
• Jamesley Sard closed things out in the 7th inning, allowing only 1 hit in relief.

🔥 PLAYOFF BASEBALL IS HERE! 🔥

The BRB Messier Bulldogs have officially earned the #10 seed in the Perfect Game New England Elite GOLD Bracket and are heading into the playoffs this weekend!

📍ALL games this weekend will be played at Bishop Feehan High School (70 Holcott Drive, Attleboro)

⚾ Saturday, 6/13
🔹 vs. #7 Seed NE Mariners Gold (1:30 PM)
🔹 vs. #2 Seed GBG Northeast 13U (3:45 PM)

⚾ Sunday, 6/14
🔹 vs. #15 Seed Boston Prime 13U Navy (11:15 AM)

The boys have battled all season long and are ready to compete against some of the top teams in New England as they chase a championship run!

⚾️ Tough battle in Game 1 for the BRB Messier Bulldogs as they fell 6-3 to the Nokona Chiefs.

The Bulldogs put together a strong offensive effort, outhitting the Chiefs 9-7, but couldn't quite capitalize on enough scoring opportunities.

🔥 Offensive Leaders:
• Alec Cuff led the way with 2 hits
• Adrian Flores drove in 1 run
• Chase Tilton drove in 1 run
• Austin Rodrigues drove in 1 run

⚾️ GAME 2 WIN!

The Messier Bulldogs bounced back in a big way, defeating the Nokona Chiefs 8-1 in Game 2!

Austin Rodrigues was dominant on the mound, earning the win after allowing just 1 run on 5 hits over 6 strong innings.

🔥 Offensive Highlights:
• Bulldogs pounded out 15 hits as a team
• Chase Tilton led the offense, going a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate
• Lucas Diaz ripped a double to center field
• Alec Cuff doubled down the left field line
• Adrian Flores, Alec Cuff, Nathan Bedient, and Austin Rodrigues all collected multiple hits

This was a complete team effort from top to bottom, with great pitching, timely hitting, and strong defense leading the way. Proud of the way these Bulldogs responded and competed!

The Messier boys finished 3rd in Tournament Pool Play & had an opportunity to advance to playoffs.

The New England rain had other plans, and they will no longer have the chance to continue playing.

They played great & are looking forward to wrapping up the regular season strong!

Firecracker Baseball Memorial Day Bash Tournament Day 1

⚾️ GAME 1 FINAL ⚾️

The BRB Messier Bulldogs kicked off tournament play with a big 8-2 win over the Runbirds!

Austin Rodrigues earned the win on the mound for BRB, with Jamesley Sard coming into close it out!

🔥 Offensively:
• Alec Cuff collected a hit
• Lucas Diaz collected a hit
• Nathan Bedient collected a hit

⚾️ GAME 2 FINAL⚾️

Another BIG win against the Nor’Easters Baseball 13U Blue for the Bulldogs with an 11-7 win!🇺🇸

Sean Pimental earned the win on the mound, with Nathan Bedient coming in for relief to help seal it!

🔥 The Bulldogs struck early in the 1st inning after Lucas Diaz and Alec Cuff each singled to left field, bringing in runs to get BRB on the board!

- In the bottom of the 2nd, Camdyn Messier grounded out to give BRB the 4-3 lead.

- Bottom of the 3rd, Alec Cuff drove in another run on a ground out to push the Bulldogs ahead 5-4!

💥 The bats exploded in the 5th inning with FIVE runs on FOUR hits to take control of the game 11-7!
🔥 Jamesley Sard came through clutch with a triple driving in 2 huge runs!

🔥 Multi-hit games:
• Adrian Flores – 2 hits
• Alec Cuff – 2 hits
• Nathan Bedient – 2 hits

The Bulldogs were flying around the bases all game long, racking up EIGHT stolen bases! 💨
