My girls and I woke up bright and early and headed to the beach for a workout, some sunshine, lots of laughs, and FUN! 💪🏽🌊☀️ WE HAD A BLAST! 😆

God, I thank You for each and every one of these amazing ladies. 🙏🏽❤️ Age is truly just a number, and these ladies prove it every single week! They show up, they work hard, they encourage one another, and they know how to HAVE FUN! 💃🏽🙌🏽

Today was about so much more than a workout ~ it was about friendship, memories, laughter, fellowship, and enjoying life together. 🥹❤️

Let me tell you about this little lady that’s been coming to my class since 2021… ❤️

Four months ago… an accident occurred… 5 broken ribs, a broken scapula, and a punctured lung!! ❤️‍🩹

She slowly made her way back to class just TWO MONTHS later… 😳 and look at her NOW! It’s like she didn’t skip a beat! 🙌🏽

Her strength and determination have been such an inspiration to me, and I hope her story inspires someone else to keep moving, keep pushing, and NEVER give up! 💪🏽❤️

So proud of you, Ms. Lynda! 🥰❤️
