Let’s talk about the pure GRIT, focus, and dedication left on the floor this week. These girls didn’t just show up they completely leveled up! From setting the courts on fire with lightning-fast sprint times on Day 1, to locking in with total ice-in-their-veins composure during pressure-cooker shooting sessions, the energy in the gym was unmatched.
The raw data sheets show insane athletic power, elite wingspans, and explosive lower-body tools. But what the numbers can’t capture is the relentless work ethic, the absolute heart, and the sisterhood these hoopers brought to every single replication.
But this baseline? It’s just the starting line. 📈
Now, the real transformation begins.This June, we are diving headfirst into an intense, hyper-focused technical and basketball IQ-building curriculum. We aren’t just training them to be fast; we are breaking shooting biases, mastering precise footwork adjustments, expanding court geometry awareness, and building absolute mechanical resilience when fatigue hits. We are turning raw athleticism into high-IQ basketball masterminds.
