The number of athletes this season has grown tremendously and so has our parent support and participation! So at yesterday’s meet we had the opportunity to run in the parent/coach 4 x 100 relay race! The excitement and joy displayed from our athletes watching us run was worth all the soreness and aches afterwards! We didn’t finish how we wanted to, but we will next time! And FYI, we still didn’t finish last! Coach Totten 1st Leg, Team mom Ms Talitha aka Mrs Kirby 2nd Leg, Team mom Ms Marissa 3rd Leg, Coach Womack 4th Leg.

The Virginia Commonwealth Games track and field events kicked off today at Liberty Christian Academy, showcasing the talents of athletes 18 years and younger.

We are extremely proud of our athletes!! We had runners, jumpers, and throwers win Medals along with many of our athletes placing top 10 and setting new Personal Records at The Commonwealth Games!! Congratulations Cardinals!! Way to end the summer season!
