Tara found Star during covid. I specifically remember her because she was the only one who BIKED to the studio, then jumped into class for 45 minutes, then biked home! Tara was so strong as a rider and when we were looking for more instructors, she threw her hat in the ring. I know this was a personal challenge for her, taking the strength she already had as a rider, and focusing on the uncomfortable feeling of teaching to a crowd. But Tara showed up! She put her time in and worked her ass off to grow as an instructor, and we are so grateful she did. Whatever Tara tackles, she does it with all her heart and she has come a long way! She’s an amazing instructor who manages to even make heavy metal work for a spin class! 💜⭐️

This beautiful woman (inside and out) was our positivity champion! Whenever Erica entered a room, her smile lit up the place. While always so humble about her teaching, she didn’t often give herself enough credit for just how good she was! Erica was an amazing instructor. She always gave 100%, whether it was on the podium or behind the scenes. Her support and encouragement were invaluable, plus her costumes! She was always ready to dress up and decorate, and she brought just a little more style and pizazz to the studio. Riding with Erica was always so fun and challenging! It didn’t matter if it was a party of two or a packed house. She treated every rider as they were her favorite. You were seen in Erica’s class and you left feeling so much better than when you started. 💜⭐️

Brittany…

Brittany joined our team this last year and we are so much better for it! New to the community, she found a safe space at our studio and when the time came to add to our team, she jumped in. Brittany has grown so much as an instructor! Like many who have never taught a fitness class before, she faced the challenge of coming out of her shell and becoming a leader on the bike, and she did just that. While she may be one of our “quieter” instructors off the bike, she’s very generous with her words of encouragement and support and she’s so genuine. I am in awe of her determination. She worked her ass off and with every class she grew stronger and more confident. Her love of riding shows every time she gets on that podium and she has that “Star” quality in spades! Thank you Brittany for all your hard work and support! We love you! 💜🤔

Kali…

Kali had been a long-time client and her smile and energy always lit up the room during a ride! A little bird let it slip that she was interested in teaching, and we jumped on her to do it. Kali thought it might not be the right time at first, but we knew she was perfect for the job. Kali was meant to teach! She was a petite ball of energy right from the first time she got on that podium. Her musicality is so natural, and her energy was contagious. Kali’s transition from client to teacher felt so natural there was zero doubt she was meant to be part of the Star team. Kali has always been so supportive, whether as an instructor or just as a friend. Her positivity draws you to her and she shines on the podium! You always leave her class feeling empowered and stronger! 💜⭐️

⭐️ StarHeat uses our class format in a different way by toning down our speed/intensity ever so slightly to accommodate the change in temperature of the room.
