These two had a great morning bringing home honors as we split with Lake! Harper Juhasz continues to improve all over the field as she gunned down a runner at second for the second week in a row from center! She was also on base 2/3 plate appearances with an RBI and a run scored. Kenzie Raber continues to swing a hot bat going 2/4 with a double and 2 RBIs! Great work girls!!

Big shout out to Harper Raber and Ruby Thomas for taking home honors today in 2 impressive wins over Fairless. Harper pitched 2 innings with 6 Ks and didn’t allow a hit while going 1-2 at the plate with 2 walks and 2 runs scored. Ruby had a BIG day throwing 2 no hit innings and striking out 10! She was also a perfect 3-3 at the plate with 2 homers and 5 RBIs!! Great work girls!!

These two Dawgs showed up and showed out on Saturday earning honors! Aubrielle went 2-2 with her first 10U hits! Her growth in a short time hitting, running the bases, and playing defense at a new level is something to see! Quinn jumped in the circle for the first time EVER against live hitters and looked like she’s been toeing the rubber for years! She went 1 inning with 3 Ks and no hits!! Not too shabby for a few 3rd grade studs!

These girls were too tough today as the Lady Dawgs 14U squad went 2-0 this morning in Jackson! Avery was 2-3 at the plate with 5 walks, 3 RBIs, and scored 4 runs. She also caught 3 solid innings in game 2. Aubrey Ramer was 3-4 with a double, 3 RBIs, 3 runs scored and 1 walk! Great team wins today with lots of girls chipping in and doing their part! Way to go Dawgs!!

A long overdue congratulations to Nora Hostetler for reaching 152 strikeouts during the regular season! This girl commanded the zone as she compiled 92 innings and only surrendered 19 walks. Truly remarkable! She couldn’t have done it without her buddy Nya Mori behind the plate calling pitches. This duo is something special and we can’t wait to see them back together for the Dawgs this fall!!

The 10U Dawgs got to work today in Jackson! Girls went 2-0 and were lead by Addy Nussbaum who had 2 hits and Courtney Steiner who was 2-2 with a fantastic defensive play! These girls took home honors! Tons of other Dawgs chipped in and helped the squad like Jojo Lance Welch who laid down a beautiful bunt and Aubrey Barkman who tossed a 3 inning perfect game with 7 K’s! We will be back at it next Saturday!!

10U and 14U Lady Dawgs are back in action this weekend in the Jackson Softball Association fall league! We are excited to get back out there to focus on development and growth this fall! Let’s go Dawgs!!
