Thank you to all the nurses who stop, look up, and really listen. Who stay in the room a few extra moments because they understand that labor isn’t just something to observe on a screen.

Who remember that their patients aren’t just another item on a to-do list. Who explain before they do, ask instead of assume, and recognize that sometimes doing what’s best for a family is more important than policy.

Who bring the extra pillows, warm blankets, coffee with the good creamer 👆, and sodas with the crunchy ice. 😋

To the nurses who bring both skill and heart into the room, and who see us doulas and care for us, too. THANK YOU!! ❤️🥺❤️
