As I have been preaching, it is more important for you to do something consistently than for you to do a lot inconsistently.
My journey started as a New Years resolution over 4 years ago and one thing that helped me become consistent is first off going into it as a long term play but also developing a plan/regimen that I could consistently follow. So I knew what I was doing every time I went to the gym, which provided me some structure.
For me, I had to spend hours on google and YouTube to put together a plan that I would follow to reach my end goal.
But you don’t have to do that, here I’ve posted the major muscle areas you should focus on as well as 2-3 exercises you can perform to ensure you’re hitting those muscles.
