If anyone is interested in doing the Hot Chocolate run this year, I have coupon codes! The codes are bringing down the cost as listed. (For example, the 5k is current discounted $20) Follow the instructions and use the codes on the attached photo. If I get five more people to register, we all get free ear warmers! Woohoo!

(And just as an FYI, when you register, size up on the jacket at least two sizes....they run really small!)

MOST days that I workout, I have to rise to the challenge and make myself. I have to make it part of my routine. And if I get off my routine, it takes a lot of self talk to convince myself to still go do it. Some days I still fail.
