Lloyd is a busy high performing executive at an accounting firm who wanted to maximize his health and performance to support his mission and longevity.
In 2 months he lost 12 lbs of body fat mass and improved all of his health markers across the board.
Our main focus was on optimizing his nutrition plan. We emphasized staying consistent with his training program and tracking his calories and macronutrients that supported his ultimate goal.
