It's finally here.....Happy 2021 to you!

Go to my Website for Nutrition Support, workout recordings you can do on your own time for a check in, info about friends/family trying us for FREE in January etc. I'm here to take really good care of you!

1) TODAY - January 1st - Meet me at Goar Park at 8/9:15 to give yourself the gift of movement to kick off 2021! You can also workout with Aeron who is wonderful at 8 am at Tietze Park and the fabulous Colleen Walker at 9 am today at Cole Park. If you need later, workout with me online at Amisha's noon workout. She trains in Austin and is also excellent! We love you and want to keep you moving. :)

2) Please let me know one goal you have in 2021 by filling out YOU DESERVE TO FEEL AMAZING - I'm here to support you!

3) Please encourage your friends/family to join us as they can try CG for free all of January! Have them fill out FREE January and I will take good care of them to connect them to outdoor/virtual classes that work for them (with you listed as their referral source). Our full schedule of all our outdoor and online classes begins Monday, 1/4.

4) There are no official outdoor Saturday classes at Cole or Tietze Park tomorrow, Saturday, January 2nd, but there is a small group working out together at 9 am at Glencoe Park - let me know if you want more info! I'll be working out online on Saturday afternoon at 1 pm CT with the Austin team if you can meet me online!
