Dallasthenics Dallasthenics was created by a group of people who all share the same passion for calisthenic training. We are a team who promotes body weight training.

We encourage others to think outside the box when it comes to getting fit. Think pass the gym, the world is your gym and with a little bit of motivation and creativity you can turn almost anything into a workout equipment. Learn the basics push ups, squats, sit ups and pull ups are all crucial exercises when it comes to calisthenics. Once those are mastered then your creativity is your limits. Fr

It engages your whole body and creates an incredibly strong core which is the foundation of the body. Without out a strong foundation your structure will be weak. We also promote a healthy way of living in mind body and soul. Its a great way to join a positive, motivating and inspiring team that will make you a better you.
