This page was started as a personal page to help my 3 girls and I with maintaining a healthier lifestyle. As I began to prep, cook, and take pics I realize God wanted me to share certain things with the world! The goal was to encourage those that are going through similar situations as a single parent. Often times because you are a single parent house hold the world label your kids as the kids tha

t will be obsessed with tons of health issue. THIS doesn’t have to be true. I know that God has a plan for your life. Be encouraged and know that Holy Spirit will lead you anywhere you ask him . Pray for guidance, understanding, peace and forgiveness he will never forsake you! Eat well.
