With a philosophy of “Train With Purpose”, MFD motivates and encourages clients to excel up to, and beyond their fitness and mental goals. MFD provided fitness assessments and designs individual fitness programs based on indi

vidual client goals and needs. Training consisted of functional aspects of body movement, athletic agility and performance, strength, cardio training and rehabilitation. MFD offers fun, exciting and challenging workouts that are never the same and always evolving through education, hard work and a dedication.
