30 YEARS APART… AND STILL GOING STRONG AT 70. 🔥

Betty Pariso has been part of the women’s fitness and bodybuilding world for decades — long before strength training for women became as mainstream as it is today.

She says she began training with weights in 1986, when she was often one of the only women in the gym — and sometimes the only woman using free weights.

Now, at 70 years old, she is still living the lifestyle.
The first photo shows Betty at 40.
The second shows her today at 70.

And perhaps the most impressive part isn’t simply how she looks.

It’s the 30+ years of consistency behind it.

Betty says she now looks around the gym and sees younger generations of strong, fit women training — and instead of feeling like her time has passed, they motivate her to keep going.
That may be one of the greatest lessons about aging:

Fitness doesn’t have to be something we finish. It can become part of who we are for life.

At Aging Evolution, we believe longevity isn’t about trying to stay 40 forever. It’s about doing everything possible to remain strong, capable, confident and engaged with life as the years pass.

Betty Pariso at 70 is an extremely remarkable example.

What impresses you more — the way Betty looks at 70, or the fact that she has stayed committed to fitness for nearly four decades?

NEARLY 40 YEARS APART… MARTHA STEWART THEN AND NOW. 🔥

At about 45, Martha Stewart was beginning the rise that would eventually make her one of America’s best-known lifestyle personalities.

Nearly four decades later, she is still working, creating and living with extraordinary energy.

When asked about remaining active into her 80s, Martha has talked about something much less complicated than a “fountain of youth”:

Keep getting up. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep participating in life.

Her routine has included early mornings, reading, crossword puzzles, Pilates, gardening and staying actively involved in her work.

Maybe that is the bigger Aging Evolution message.

Growing older doesn’t necessarily mean withdrawing from life.

It can mean continuing to use your body, challenge your mind, have purpose and remain curious.

Now look at these two photographs nearly 40 years apart.

What impresses you more — how Martha looks, or the energy and lifestyle she has maintained into her 80s?

90 YEARS OLD… AND STILL STEPPING ONSTAGE. 🔥

This gentleman is being celebrated online as a 90-year-old bodybuilder, and just looking at the muscle he has maintained in his shoulders, arms and upper body is remarkable at any age.

At 90? It almost doesn’t seem possible.

And we already know what some of you are going to say…

“There’s NO WAY he’s 90!” 😂

Maybe that reaction is exactly the point.

We have spent generations being taught what 70, 80 and 90 are supposed to look like. Then every once in a while, someone comes along and completely disrupts that picture and proves that AGING EVOLUTION Is 100% real!

Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, maintaining strength, muscle, mobility and independence as we grow older can change the way we experience the later decades of life.

So we want to hear from the Aging Evolution community:

IF HIS AGE IS ACCURATE… how impressive is this at 90?

And what age would you have guessed if we hadn’t told you?

It’s never too late to be great.

74 YEARS OLD — AND HER “SECRET” ISN’T REALLY A SECRET. 🔥

Renee Landers has been inspiring our Aging Evolution community for years — and at 74, she continues to prove what consistency can look like.

In this short video, Renee keeps her message remarkably simple:

Lift the weights.
Challenge yourself progressively.
Stay positive.
And most importantly… keep showing up.

She points out that this isn’t something she started yesterday. She has been repeating these habits for years — and that may be the real lesson.

There is no overnight transformation here.

There is no magic age-defying shortcut.

There are simply years of choices stacked on top of one another.

At 74, Renee remains strong, active, confident and very much engaged in life.

Maybe the question isn’t:

“How does she look like that at 74?”

Maybe the better question is:

“What could the rest of us look and feel like years from now if we started being consistent today?”

What impresses you most about Renee — her appearance, her strength, or the discipline it took to maintain both?

OUR BEAUTIFUL PATRICIA NEEDS OUR PRAYERS. ❤️🙏

Longtime Aging Evolution member and friend Patricia Franco Becker, 68, continues to face cancer with an attitude that inspires all of us.

Patricia recently shared an update with us. Her surgery is scheduled for September 29, followed by six weeks of chemotherapy.

And yet, through everything she is facing, listen to the strength in her words:

“I am feeling very good regardless of my situation with the cancer treatment. I am very blessed and walking this walk has been easy with the Lord’s help. I’m just taking it day by day and being positive.”

She ended her message with something that says so much about the way she is approaching this battle:

“Trusting in the Lord will keep us full of grace.” ❤️🙏

That is Patricia.

Positive. Grateful. Faithful. And still moving forward one day at a time.

Patricia has been part of our Aging Evolution family for a long time, and right now we would love for that family to surround her with encouragement.

Please leave Patricia a message, a prayer, a heart, or simply tell her you’re thinking about her as she prepares for surgery.

Let’s show her just how many people are standing beside her. ❤️🙏

Patricia, your Aging Evolution family is with you and we send you our love, prayers and encouragement!

60 IS THE NEW 40… OR IS IT? 🔥

Take a look at these women.

Michelle Pfeiffer — 68.
Elizabeth Hurley — 61.
Halle Berry — 60.

Different women. Different lifestyles. Different genetics. But all of them are challenging the picture many of us grew up with of what a woman in her 60s was “supposed” to look like.

Yes, they’re celebrities. Yes, they have resources most people don’t have. And we already know somebody is going to say, “Well, they have money!” 😄

But that misses the larger point.

Sixty today does not have to look, feel or live the way sixty did a generation ago.

Fitness. Nutrition. Better healthcare. Staying active. Purpose. Confidence. Style. Taking care of yourself. And perhaps most importantly — refusing to mentally check out simply because another birthday arrives.

That is what Aging Evolution has been talking about from the beginning.

We aren’t trying to convince anyone that 60 is literally 40.

We’re asking a much more interesting question:

Are we completely redefining what 60, 70 and even 80 can look like?

These women certainly make a compelling case.

🔥 So tell us — is “60 the new 40” becoming reality, or is that taking it too far?

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY — TWO PEOPLE WHO PROVE IT IS NOT TOO LATE. 🔥

At 62, Julia Linn
decided she wanted something different for herself.

Now 68, she has completely transformed her body through years of consistency, training and better choices. This was not a 30-day challenge. It was not an overnight makeover. It was a decision followed by years of showing up.

And then there is Sean Woodall.

At 52, Sean was carrying a significant amount of extra weight around his midsection and looked nothing like the competitive bodybuilder he would eventually become.

Today, at 58, Sean has transformed himself into a highly conditioned competitive bodybuilder — an almost unbelievable change in only six years.

Two people.
Two completely different journeys.
One common lesson:

Your current condition does not have to be your permanent condition.

Julia started in her early 60s.

Sean started in his early 50s.

Neither one needed to become younger before changing their life. They simply needed to decide that where they were was not where they wanted to stay.

That is what Aging Evolution is really about.
Not trying to become 25 again.
Not comparing yourself to somebody else.

But asking one simple question:

“What could I become if I started today and refused to quit, despite the age I might be.

Julia and Sean are pretty remarkable answers to that question.

🔥 Which transformation surprises you more — Julia at 68 or Sean at 58?

And more importantly…

If you have made a major health or fitness transformation after 50, tell us about it below. Your story may be exactly what someone else needs to read today.

WHAT A MOMENT IN ANAHEIM! 🏆💪 ACTOR JONATHAN MAJORS INDUCTED INTO THE DUMBBELL CLUB HALL OF FAME!

Last Saturday at The Fit Expo in Anaheim, we had the privilege of being part of a very special day as acclaimed actor Jonathan Majors was inducted into the Dumbbell Club Hall of Fame and presented with the prestigious Golden Dumbbell Award.

And Jonathan received quite a surprise…

Waiting to help induct him was none other than 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time! 🔥

Aging Evolution’s Philip Dodson and
Meri Abbado: 40+ Fit&Fab
were proud to assist our good friend David Johnson, founder of the Dumbbell Club Hall of Fame, with different aspects of the ceremony while also representing Aging Evolution throughout an incredible weekend at the Expo.

Jonathan’s commitment to transforming himself physically for Magazine Dreams, in which he portrayed an aspiring bodybuilder navigating enormous physical and personal challenges, made this recognition especially meaningful to the fitness community.

But what impressed us just as much was the man away from the cameras.

Jonathan was incredibly gracious with the enormous crowd — taking photographs, signing autographs and spending hours interacting with fans who came to see him. No rushing people through. No acting like he needed to be somewhere else. He genuinely seemed to appreciate the moment and everyone who came to share it with him.

The reaction inside the Expo was fantastic, and watching Ronnie Coleman present Jonathan Majors with the Golden Dumbbell made it a moment we won’t soon forget.

Congratulations to Jonathan Majors on this tremendous honor — and congratulations to our friend David Johnson for continuing to recognize individuals who have made a meaningful impact on fitness, bodybuilding and popular culture.

For those who have seen Magazine Dreams: what did you think of Jonathan’s transformation and performance? And how great was it seeing Ronnie Coleman there to help honor him? 👇

58 YEARS OLD — AND SHE UNDERSTANDS SOMETHING ABOUT FITNESS THAT CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING. 💪

“Once you accept that fitness is forever, you stop worrying about how long it takes.”

That may be one of the most important lessons we can share at Aging Evolution.

Fitness doesn’t have to mean becoming a bodybuilder. It doesn’t mean chasing perfection. And it certainly doesn’t have an expiration date.

It means making a decision that taking care of your body is simply going to remain part of your life.

At 58, Debra Gensbugel is a beautiful example of what years of consistency can look like. But the bigger message isn’t how she looks today—it’s the mindset behind it.

When fitness becomes a lifestyle instead of a temporary challenge, something changes.

You stop asking, “How long until I get there?”

And you start asking, “What can I do today to keep becoming healthier, stronger and more capable?”

Maybe that’s the real secret to aging well.

Do you agree that fitness should be a lifelong commitment—or do you think there comes an age when we should simply slow down?

We’d love to hear from our 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. 👇

It’s never too late to be great.
