Confident Gymnast Camp (CGC) 2026 was awesome. Everyone learned a lot, grew together, pushed themselves and had fun.

I believe athletes can have it all: success, happiness, and fulfillment. It takes work and commitment, but it can be done. I think this weekend revealed to me that challenge and discomfort has value and is a stepping stone towards fun.

Well done to the athletes, coaches and parents for all the work that was put into this weekend. I hope everyone leaves with at least 1% improvement to build on beyond these past few days.
