When you are following any dietary regime, it need to have proper calculaton of macros, vitamins and minerals.
Nutrition imbalance can lead to serious disease. Our body needs certain amount of macro-and micronutrients in our daily diet excess supply create unpleasant side effects and can lead to serious disease.

DEHYDRATION
Dehydration, Hydration
Our body needs to be stay hydrated to perform all its functions.
Dehydration happens when u lose too much water from your body, cells tissues and organs fails to perform properly which can lead to serious consequential.
To stay hydrated drink enough water throughout the day.
TOO LITTLE/TOO MUCH PROTEIN

Protein is building block of body and its one of the most important macronutrient.
A too little protein β
Protein deficiency can cause muscle atrophy that can lead to various health problem. When you eat too little protein to long period of time that can cause changes in our body such as muscle loss ( link -muscle loss lead to such like back problem knee problem)
Protein deficiency can cause muscle wasting, poor wound healing , infections etc.
Too much protein β
Eating protein is good but eating too much protein also cause damage our body. Since protein also get converted into glucose, so eating too much protein increase the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases (why our body need protein how much is safe).
EATING TOO MUCH FRUIT
Fruits, Too much fruit can harm our body
Along witch glucose, fructose is one of the two worse part of added sugar can harm your body. Fructose is also sugar that contains 55% of table sugar (sucrose).
Fructose is a natural sugar fruit contains and in excess it can harm your body. Fructose contains around 45% Glucose.
Fructose needs to get converted in glucose and that work is done by Liver. Once liver converted fructose into glucose it releases in blood stream for the use of energy but when we consume fructose or fruit in large amount the unused fructose or glucose stays in liver and that can damage our liver. Most cases of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is related to overconsumption of Fructose.
BINGE EATING
Binge Eating, No to carbs
When you eat something often very quickly or to the point of discomfort is known as binge eating. It may happen when Ghrelin(Hunger Hormone) may not sending proper signal to our brain. Binge eating can cause Fat gain that leads to obesity and it is the most common eating disorder in India.
Depression and binge eating has a strong correlation between them. Binge eaters are either depressed or have been before. Binge eating is a serious disorder that you need to take care immediately.
DRINKING SUGARY BEVERAGES
Drinking sugary beverage can harm our body
Sugary drinks are by far the worst source of sugar. Drinking one or more sugary beverages daily have almost rise the risk of developing diabetes. It is also associated with weight gain and obesity. Researchers says two or more soft drinks daily can increase a personβs risk of death.
Large amount of sugar turned into fat by our liver and released out as triglycerides while the remaining triglyceride in liver contribute to Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD) over a long time.
EATING LESS FAT
Fats are essential for our body
One of most healthiest macronutrients fats are help our body to build and maintain cell membranes and absorb fat soluble vitamins. Inadequate intake results in hormonal problems including loss of menstrual problem cycles, hair loss ,always feeling hungry, constant fatigue etc. Fats are essential in our diet.
Eat healthy because it is not only about losing fat or gaining muscle. It is a matter of gaining things which can affect the rest of our lives.
