Every leg day starts with this warmup. It may look like a breeze but if you do it correctly, it buuuurns πŸ”₯ The band is amazing for activation of the glutes before a workout. As you move through these exercises really try to β€œfeel it” in your b***y- think weight in the heels and sitting back into your hips. 1) lateral shuffle, pushing off your back foot to propel you forward. 2) staggered stance lateral shuffle 3) reverse speed skaters 4) walking lateral squats
