I see the same story over and over...

A talented coach, creative, or healer who's passionate about their work but has a love/hate relationship with sales and marketing, so they can't seem to get traction in their business.

I used to be this person.

I'd spend countless hours revamping a page on my website (that practically no one would ever see) and pat myself on the back for putting in a hard day's work.

My avoidance was masquerading as productivity, and it was killing my business.

Something had to give, or another year would go by, and I'd be in the exact same spot. I wanted more.

Sales was my edge, and I knew it. It was THE obstacle between me and the business I knew was possible.

So I made a decision that I was going to fall in love with sales — and I did.

I went from being awkward as hell to being the go-to sales leader on a team that closed over $1M in transformational offers.

It's a skill that compounds year over year and one I want every big-hearted business owner to have.

Because more money in the hands of smart, generous women is always a good thing!

They’re usually frustrated because they don’t know where to find them 🧐

So one of the first mindset shifts I invite them to have is: CLIENTS ARE EVERYWHERE 💯

Stop searching for them (this gives weird MLM vibes) and start being your brilliant self wherever you go.

✨ Listen and be curious about people

✨ Don’t shy away when you have the opportunity to contribute

✨ And remember that consent is sexy so ask permission before you drop a truth 💣

This is what it means to be someone who sparks possibility and it’s a skill I help all my clients to master.

It’s the #1 piece of advice I give my clients when it comes to talking about their work…

👉🏼 Stop trying to explain it.

There’s a certain frequency to “explaining” energy that muddies the water.

Instead, try leaning back (literally!) and anchoring into your expertise.

Stand in the fullness of who you are and speak from there.

Your words will have clarity, congruence and confidence that is unmatched and FELT.

This is far more impactful than rambling off an “I help…” statement.

You’re over complicating your business and it’s costing you money.

You think you need 1:1 offers plus group programs and options at every price point.
You don’t.

You think you need to be constantly posting on social media or have a fancy funnel.
You don’t.

You think you need a polished website with the perfect copy and professional photos.
You don’t.

None of those things guarantee you sales.

In fact, they’re just distracting you from doing the one thing that would actually move the needle.

All you need is…

1️⃣ A badass offer that you’re excited AF to sell and deliver

2️⃣ Pathway for people to meet you and move seamlessly into working with you

3️⃣ Skills of translating the value of your work in a way that catalyzes action and gets you paid 💰

THAT’S IT!

I’m not saying it’s easy. It absolutely takes effort and a willingness to get uncomfortable and expand your capacity 💪🏼

But don’t fool yourself by making it more complicated than it needs to be.

Being willing to take calculated risks in your business will single-handedly alter your results.

Courage is required 🦁 And luckily, can be cultivated… through consistently doing what you know to do.
