For those who follow my personal page, , it is no surprise that I am bringing a little one into this world soon! But I wanted to share with my fitness family as well, so here are a few FAQ’s:
1. I have and am still working out (currently in 3rd trimester)
2. I will provide retroactive content of my pregnancy fitness journey
3. Y’all are more worried about my “snapback” than I am
4. Mama is healthy, happy, and have been experiencing a magnificent pregnancy

I work as hard as I do, so I can live the life I choose to without remorse.

We were literally eating all the tortillas, the homemade chips, drinks (mocktails for me), guac…you name it, without any remorse! Without questioning are beauty or worthiness from what our body looked like.

When this becomes a lifestyle you are able to move differently.
