In honor of Memorial Day, the studio will be closed on Monday as we pause to remember and honor those who have served. We hope this day offers you a moment of rest, reflection, and gratitude.

And as we return from this pause, we look forward to gathering again in community.

Join us for our next Community Class on Sunday, June 28th from 10:00-11:30am. This is a beautiful opportunity to practice, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the heart of Kasa.

Rooted in gentle movement and presence, our Community Classes are open to all levels and created to support connection, healthy aging, and deeper well-being.
