💼🌱 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗠𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆

4 years back, 5 years into being the CEO of the business that I had built, I faced a revelation that reshaped my approach to leadership.

I'd always prided myself on my dedication to my career. Yet, during a quiet moment on a weekend retreat, I realized something was amiss. Despite my professional success, a sense of fulfillment was lacking. I felt like a boat excelling in speed but unsure of its direction.

This realization hit me hard. I was successful, yet felt unfulfilled. Why?
