Who’d all be interested in a live webinar or a series of webinars on low back pain? I know this is something that a lot of lifters experience. This issue almost ended my powerlifting career a few years ago. So it’s definitely a topic that I am passionate about.

I haven’t shared a client highlight in a while, so here we go. has been working with me since the end of January 2022. His goal was to improve his overall health by shedding some unhealthy weight. Here we are a little over half a year later and he has dropped from 227lb ➡️ 206.5lb! Almost 21 pounds‼️ He is a machine in the gym and in the kitchen. And he accomplished all this while still being able to enjoy life and let loose every now and then. It’s all about balance ⚖️

I completed my first eBook❗️

In the 8 years that I have been powerlifting, I have spent countless hours reading, learning, and digesting a vast amount of literature on the sport in an effort to improve my skills as a lifter and as a coach. There is a great deal of information to sort through, which can be easily overwhelming. I have found myself lost at many times, especially early in my career. In an effort to make sense of it all, I created my own powerlifting manual that summarizes the fundamental principles and explains my approach to program design.
