Bombers Academy is looking to add a passionate, high character coach to our growing program!
If you’re committed to developing athletes the right way, building confidence, teaching fundamentals, and making a lasting impact on young players, we’d love to talk with you.

We are focused on building athletes through elite instruction, positive mentorship, and a culture of excellence.
This will be a paid coaching position. You will help finalize the roster, develop players, and get the players ready to move through our Academy program. We have a staff in place to manage the team, outline the schedule, set up practices, acquire talent, handle team finances, etc.
This coaching position is for our first year 14U, Bombers Gold NTX Futures Team
2027 Summer Travel will include Colorado Sparkler and AFCS in Indianna
