I am proud to share that I have officially completed the Maxwell Leadership Certification Program and am now a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach.

Receiving my certification and these professional photos from my first IMC in Dallas marks an important milestone in my coaching journey. This is more than a credential. It is another step in building a strong foundation to serve others through leadership, growth, communication, and personal development.

Grateful for the opportunity, grateful for the growth, and excited to continue building my coaching business with purpose.

🎤 Wrapping up the week with a full heart.

I had the amazing opportunity to facilitate and speak at this year’s Coaches Camp with my Nexstar Network teammates and what an experience it was!

Our theme? Building Relationships: Stronger Together.
And I got to lead the conversation on one of the most powerful elements of any relationship: TRUST.

We explored what it means to show up with honesty, follow through, vulnerability, and care at work, at home, and in life. It reminded me that trust isn’t just professional... it’s personal.

💡 Relationship Formula:
Trust + Communication + Empathy × Consistency = Strong Relationships

Grateful to be surrounded by excellence!
Had a great time at Staff Day with my fellow Sales Coaches, Chris and Emily. It’s always energizing to connect with these two, and I was equally glad to see so many of our amazing Nexstar teammates from across the company.

Every time we come together, I’m reminded how lucky I am to be part of a team that’s passionate about helping others grow, perform, and thrive.
