Last weekend, I decided to take a break with some friends🐠🎣
Everybody needs breaks and this was mine.

Destroyed my competition in Bass Fishing, even though they claim it wasn’t one.

We went zip lining in New York, Texas.

And did some paddle boarding 🚣

So all in all, a great time.
Anyways, stay healthy, take a break, and stay positive. 😁

Bosu ball workouts are another one of my favorite exercises. The Bosu really helps with core stability which is a huge focus as we age. The Bosu ball can be used in so many ways and just adds that stability element to any workout and heightens it a lot.

I am just going to say it, I think men are a little scared of yoga and stretching. Which is silly because if you look at any of the great athletes, they all incorporate it into their routines. They may not be good at it and they may not enjoy it but they do it. And you should be doing it too. Just like an airplane doesn't just come crashing down to the ground when landing, neither should you. You have to glide and stretch and gradually come down from your workout and gently land. I highly encourage you to incorporate one yoga day a week into your exercise routine and at least ten minutes of stretching after your workouts. I guarantee you will feel and see a difference!

Hi, I'm John Coke of Positive Change Personal Training. I noticed a lot of new faces here and I just wanted to say thank you for following along.

My passion in life is helping people feel good through physical exercise. Physical fitness and exercise changed my life in so many positive ways and I want it to do the same for others. My goal is to share more tips to keep you informed, happy and healthy so you can take control of your health.
