What an awesome weekend in Round Rock Texas playing in the ALL AMERICAN 10U tournament and the opportunity to take 3 of the 10u (moving to 11U) Gold Sox players. We saw some of the best competition and played some of the best ball games! So much fun and these athletes really performed in the 105+ heat.

Pretty cool that 8 Gold Sox Players from spring (6 11u players, 2 10u players) played up in the 12U True Tourney All-Star All American Tournament in Waxahachie 2 weekends ago and this weekend 4 Gold Sox Players from spring played in the BY All American Tournament in Round Rock, 1 in 11u and 3 in 10u. Its such a joy to coach these boys! as a bonus we ran into another friend we coached as well

It’s NOT bush league, it’s recognizing “opportunities” and having the confidence to act on those opportunities! How do you get your player to have the confidence? Repetition! Repetition! Repetition! When they fail, encourage then to try again!

We came up short, landed 2nd today. We faught some internal battles and WON them all! We executed some really awesome plays, the kids are making things happen on their own and we hit really well!

1 day tournaments are tough, 4 total games, 3 were back to back to back! Im super proud of this crew!
